Nourish Hanalei

Nice little food truck between Princeville and Hanalei. A few benches with a great view. Had a “rainbow bowl” (pulled pork, greens, rice, tomatoes, pineapple, avocado). Very few gluten-containing items on the menu and I felt safe with their prep after asking a few questions. Not sure about the granola for the açai bowls — I’d probably skip that if I was going for one of the “sweet” bowls.

Went here twice for breakfast, a great spot! I got an acai bowl both times, minus the granola - that would be a personal preference as they told me it was gf, just not certified. I was just extra careful, not wanting to get sick on vacation. I also saw a note inside the truck informing the workers what was NOT gf, so they were very informed and careful when I ordered. I also am allergic to strawberries and they asked if it was ok or not that the strawberries shared a knife and cutting board with the bananas. Super impressed with that level of care taken. The gf items on the menu are marked as well, and they weren't bothered by questions or dietary restrictions.

Had lunch after a very muddy hike. It was like entering paradise! The views fantastic, the staff so kind and careful and the food some of the best. We have a picky son and they said they have a non menu item brown rice, chicken and avocado for kids. It hit the spot. They knew what was gf ( everything but wraps and bread) such good food. I had the bowl with purple yam. Wonderful flavor!

Gf items marked. Didnt get sick. Tested my food with nima sensor and all items were negative. Had a budda bowl with steak and tarro.

Delicious bowls and views. Parking can be a bit tough with the beach nearby, but it is worth it. Menu is all gf except for the wraps. I got the hanalei bowl and it was so fresh and tasty.

INCREDIBLE. Healthy, delicious, low-carb bowls. Great teas and great fresh popsicles. Also a beautiful view! Kind of in an odd area but worth the visit for sure. No reaction after eating here!

Delicious fresh food, staff were extremely knowledgeable about what had gluten and did not. All sauces are GF, most of the menu can be done GF. Staff changed gloves before making my meal.
