Ordered online -- able to clearly note allergy/dietary restrictions. Food was delicious and they minded the celiac note as well as a dish modification request (no mushrooms). Filling and tasty!

great for celiacs! gf items are marked on the in-store menu that you stand in front of by the counter before you order. the sandwiches are super tasty (ask for gf bread), I like the one with honey goat cheese in it. I'm not sure which of the sides are gf (that part is confusing). also, they can make the waffles gf, you just have to tell them you have an allergy and make sure they do not put the granola on top (I think the granola is the only thing not gf about it). the waffles are delicious and decadent and have fresh fruit on them and are also pretty big. if you wanted to get a waffle in addition to each getting a meal, you could split the waffle between 2-4 people. I think the place closes early (like 3pm) so it's hard to go there for dinner and we mostly go for brunch. I love this place so much that I chose to go there for my birthday!

Very delicious! Huge variety of vegetarian, vegan, and allergy friendly options. They take allergies very seriously here and the entire staff is very well trained. The entire kitchen is nut free!! Gluten free items are marked on the menu and any sandwich can be made with gluten free bread

The staff is very knowledgable about about the menu and happy to help make substitutions or adapt items to fit dietary needs.

Had dinner the night before and came back for breakfast the next day! The staff is SUPER careful and so sweet about my allergy! I ate a turkey avocado club sandwich for dinner and a bacon egg and cheese for breakfast! 🤗❤

Great selection of GF grain bowls, salads and smoothies. GF bread for sandwiches or paninis. I love the sweet potato panini—they try hard to limit cross contamination and I appreciate it! But if you’re nervous about cross contamination on the panini presses, the salad and grain bowl selections are great.
