I really wish they would invest in GF soy sauce to make the experience better. They have a couple GF items on their menu. They can alter one of the Ramen bowls to be GF but it was very bland and did not have much taste. I had to take mine home and add some sauce and spice. The worker was very knowledgable about celiac.

Great pho. Pho is GF as it comes, the ramen has to be heavily modified to be GF and loses out on some flavor. The Vietnamese chicken salad is also worth trying.

They were great about letting me know what had wheat. I am allergic to wheat so I follow a gluten free diet. I did get the Mushroom Ramen even though the mushrooms and egg were marinated in soy sauce because that is not enough to make me sick. The taste was great and I would come back.

The server was nice but there was some confusion on what was gf. The online menu is not correct. All the ramen was marked gf online but in the restaurant only two were marked. I got the mushroom ramen and required changes to be gf. The broth was still really good though but I’m not sure if it was contaminated

Most items they are able to make GF. Their website has it marked clearly. Items I was concerned about, I was able to call and get the answers. The rice noodles do not have folic acid, which was great for me. They are also able to make the tempura GF as well.
