The falafel isn’t gluten free. They admitted to adding a little bit of bread to it. The rice has ground meat that tested positive for gluten on my Nima sensor.

Super yummy! The falafel is gluten free, I'm so excited to say. Most of the items are gluten free, or if they are not then it's easy to sub something gf. They even gave me gf crackers with my order instead of pita bread!

Favorite restaurant in OKC! Get the vegetarian sampler platter, ask for GF crackers instead of pita, and sub Greek salad for tabouli- you’ll easily have 2 meals worth of food and won’t be disappointed.

Good Persian food. Staff is knowledgeable about gluten-free and can advise which menu items to select. They suggest substitutions on platters that contain some items which are not gluten-free. A woman on the staff is gluten-free. We eat there every time we pass through Oklahoma City--four times so far and with no gluten reactions.

One of our top favorite places. The Hashwa plate, minus the tabouli, and add a cabbage roll and substitute the pita bread for cucumber is gluten free and delicious. You're welcome! :)
The owner(?) was knowledgable about GF options. They have GF crackers available too. He said the falafel was GF and I didn't have a reaction so I believe him! It was so yum!

I could get the cabbage rolls, and was fine. But when I asked if there was gluten/wheat in their falafel they said they didn't know and made no move to find out.
