What a wasted opportunity.
They go to the trouble of baking some of the most delicious gf pastries that I’ve ever had but then don’t make the slightest effort to keep them separate from their regular bakery offerings.
When this location opened, they put the gf pastries on the top shelf and theoretically had a dedicated set of tongs for the gf items, though not all employees paid attention to the tong use.
Last few times I’ve been there they’ve been mixed or even touching the regular stuff. Employees have been apathetic when I’ve tried asking about it in non-pedantic way.
I think their pastries are better than the higher dollar dedicated gf places in LA, SF, or NYC. Such a shame.
Menu has gf options for meals that range from mediocre to pretty good but pricey. Not exceptional, and I don’t think they’re very careful with segregation.
