They are slowly implementing more GF items into their bakery options with the help of an employee who has Celiac. Almost all smoothies are GF, coffee, a GF bento box, GF bran muffins, and soon they will have GF bread. The prep table is sanitized after each use, and cooking utensils are also sanitized after each use.
