Handy place to buy local gf bakery packaged items and other packaged gf options to make a snack or meal. Just look carefully. Examples are WOW cookies, pies brownies, or lemon bars, Perfect PB bars, hard boiled eggs, cheese, yogurt.
I’m GI and Vegan. I had a great field roast sandwich on GF bread. I didn’t look to see how the sandwich was prepared. However, they do have a case with a lot pre-packaged GF items.
I wouldn't buy their food in the display case or have them make me something due to CC however they have a huge selection of prepackaged goods! Meats and cheeses in the deli case, chips, KIND bars and WOW desserts just to name a few.
They did not have anything gluten free when I went in.

Had a chicken and bacon gluten free sandwich. It was pretty good. Risk of cross contamination. I had no issues.
They offer GF but it is not safe from cross contamination. When I was there he was very annoyed with me. Asking him to change his gloves, clean his work space and use clean utensils. He did all that because I was watching. But I did not get sick.

Ingredients may be gluten free but everything is prepared on the same place. I asked them if they put it on a paper/plate to avoid cross-contamination and they looked at me like I was crazy.
Not Celiac safe.
Had a breakfast sandwich on gluten free bread (up charge for gf). Prepared with same gloves as gluten stuff and on same surfaces grilled in same toaster. They sell packaged baked goods that are gf and those are excellent. Coffee is terrible.
Got a sandwich made on gluten free bread to take to the airport. They have numerous snack gfree items too: cookies, 3 types of fresh packaged banana breads (refrigeration section), cookies, a couple of muffin types, and packaged cookies.
