I had the cauliflower crust (gluten free). The edges were burnt to a crisp but other than that, it was delicious. There are tons of toppings to choose from. The pizza chef seemed to be knowledgeable on cross contamination and I didn’t get sick (just extremely full from eating way too much delicious pizza). It is nice to have this option because there is not much in the immediate area.

Ordered a meat lovers gluten free pizza, which was a cauliflower crust. Overall pizza would have been ok if it hadn’t been over cooked. The crust was burnt all around the edges. Good flavor, just would have been much better had it not been burnt. Won’t be our first choice for gluten free pizzas in The Villages area but works in a pinch.

Had GF options, which were very yummy! Cauliflower crust and gluten free (10 inch) crusts were available, as well as GF spaghetti and penne. Everything tasted VERY good!
However, the staff was very untrained. I asked our waitress if any of the soups were gluten free, and she responded with
“I don’t know, I’d stick with what you know”
“..? I’ve never eaten here before. Could you ask the chefs? (That were across from my table and sitting around for orders to come in)”
“Well we make them homemade so I just don’t know if they’ll stray from the recipe. Like maybe they’ll add something to it you can’t have. Like beef stock, idk if you can have that.” (Shows the extent of her training)
“..? But you can’t.. just... ask... if they’ve added flour to a recipe today? (which for the love of God, what chef add flour to a clear broth soup? But I digress)”
“*Uhm ya idk*”
Long story short, ended up with salad for a side.. yet again. At least I’m saving some calories in place of the pizza 🙄
