Review of O-Ku Sushi DC

Overall a good restaurant. We requested and got a dedicated (and reasonably large) gluten free menu although many items say “soy” in ingredient description. The waitress indicated that they use tamari for gluten free options, and assured us that grill for gluten free options was separate from grill used for any products with soy sauce.
