O-Ramen is at the top of our list when it comes to gluten-free options! While they aren’t a totally GF place, they are super knowledgeable about items that do contain gluten and even started switch out some of the ingredients they use so their proteins (chashu pork & tofu) are now gluten-free! My husband loves the karaage (Japanese fried chicken) which they make in a dedicated fryer. They’ve had GF noodles in the past but are dealing with a shortage which is understandable. The rice bowls are still a great option in the meantime!
