Wow! One of the best gf pizzas I’ve ever had. Not only is their crust phenomenal but so is their gf cheesy bread, brownies, and cake. The owner even made us gf cinnamon sticks! I will forever be a frequent visitor.

Oak City’s gluten free pizza is outstanding! They put a lot of care in this crust. It’s exactly how pizza crust should be; light, crunchy and not a thin crust. I had no cross contamination. They even have yummy gluten free brownies. You must stop in and give it a try!

As of June 2023, the gluten free pizza is “gluten friendly” they do prepare it in a seperate area, but they made me aware it is not the same or as safe as a cauliflower pizza.

Super nice people. Delicious pizza. Very careful about gluten free. I asked about their designation as gluten friendly and was told they use a dedicated space prep, cooking, etc and that they have regular gf customers. The gluten free brownies were good too (tasted like King Arthur) I will be back even though it’s quite a drive from where I live.

Best gluten free crust I’ve ever had!! Both the Detroit and hand tossed are amazing!! Also has a gf chocolate cake option for dessert.

Great gluten-free pizza, both hand-tossed and Detroit style crust. They also can make cheese sticks with their GF hand-tossed crust
