They have GF noodles & claim they can make most things GF, but our waiter was not knowledgeable about anything other than the pasta that may have gluten in it. I asked about alfredo sauce and the waiter didn’t know. I assume the cooks in the back were more competent, but my partner felt sick afterwards so I suspect they cook their GF pasta in the same pasta water as wheat. Quality of food is not worth it.
