I have been on a gluten-free diet for months due to medical reasons. I checked with the waitress about their gluten-friendly options many times to make sure that the crust was actually gluten free (I can tolerate cross contamination/traces). I ordered the only option on the menu that had the GF sign on the side. The waitress came to ask if I wanted fries or salad so I realized it was a burger when I thought it was a pizza. I asked if it was okay to change my order to a pizza since she said any pizza can be made gluten free. Pizza arrives and halfway through eating it, I realize that everybody else's pizza looks the same so I ask her: "is my pizza gluten free?" She said: "no sorry, with the back and forth it slipped my mind" People make mistakes, I get it, but something like this, that can affect people's health, is one you should not ever make. If you are on a special diet, have food sensitivities, or are looking for a true gluten-friendly place, this place NOT a safe place for you.
