Phenomenal pizza! I was skeptical when I heard everyone praising it, but it indeed lived up to the hype. You get a lot of very good pizza. Low-key, it’s addicting. I’m now an evangelist. (this is not paid advertisement, just a relieved pizza consumer).

Was a little hesistant ordering online, but put “gluten allergy!!” in the notes. Picked it up and I have never seen such a fluffy gluten free crust. It was delicious and big enough for two servings! I will saw they are a little light on the cheese, so it’s a lot of sauce, but overall very impressive GF pizza that I did not get sick from.

Ordered pepperoni with onion and greens. The pizza was good, crust a little thicker than I prefer. Problem is the onions and kale were not cooked, just tossed on raw. So the kale burned. I had to pick it all off and toss the kale. Good size pizza. Likely won't go there again as I don't care for that thick of crust. Just don't get the greens.

They make their own GF pizza crust and it’s honestly the best GF crust I’ve ever had. It’s much thicker than most GF crusts but still light and fluffy. I read some reviews saying that other people thought it was expensive, but I paid $25 for my pizza including tip and it was enough for two meals for me since the portion size was so big. I’ve paid more for tiny GF pizzas with a cardboard type crust so I thought the value here was great! Highly recommend it. One thing to note is that I had to pay for parking here at a lot down the street, because all of the street parking nearby said by permit only after 4pm and this restaurant opens at 5.

Ordered online and had delivered which can be concerning bc of celiac BUT let me tell you I was super impressed. Best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. I had both of the original GF pizzas (original and white) and they were amazing. I kept panicking a little bit thinking these pizzas weren’t actually gluten free but they definitely were. 10/10 recommend and will 100% be getting again!

The pizza is thick crust & sooo good! It’s super expensive though. Adding toppings are $4 each and a regular cheese is $22. Every once and a while to splurge, it’s amazing.

Best GF pizza in the triangle! They make the GF dough on Wednesday and have it until they run out, so best to go on. Wed or Thurs. It is a tiny place and the wait can be long, so you may want to order ahead online. If the GF pizza shows up on the online ordering system, they have dough in stock. My celiac daughter did fine with it, no cross contact issues.

The pizza is the BEST we've had since our celiac got her diagnosis a year and a half ago. The staff was comfortable and confident talking about their precautions for celiacs, and she had no reaction after eating the food. The GF pizzas are 12" square and the only topping not GF is the meatballs. The environment is also great for dine in or take out!

Really enjoyed the pizza here. The GF pizza is the size of most regular mediums. The crust in the middle is thin, with a nice crust on the edge. The sauce is really nice, and there's a good variety of topping options. The square is cut into 8 slices.
Tips:
- You can order delivery, take-out, and dine-in.
- If they have Gluten Free pizza on the take-out or delivery menu, then they have it in stock. If the GF option isn't on the menu, then they are out of the GF dough.

The hour long wait for 5 gluten free pizzas to-go on a busy Friday night was worth it! Pizza was delicious and staff were very friendly. There’s plenty of tables outside to sit down and eat your to-go pizza if you can’t get a table inside (the inside is small, not many tables). We walked over to Two Roosters for gf ice cream while we waited.

This was by far the best gluten free pizza I have had in the 18 months I have been GF. They make the dough on Thursdays each week and have it until it runs out., usually by Sunday. It was crispy and so good. It is not on their printed menu but it is listed on their website and if you order for pickup. I am also dairy free and the pizza was great even with no cheese. We did have an hour wait to eat in as it is a little place. So plan ahead or order to go.

Not specifically listed on the menu but if you call they have it. We ordered pepperoni and sausage and it was delicious. My son is newly celiac and he was so happy with this pizza!
