The use separate pans and are very knowledgeable about ingredients and cross contamination.

I got the taco plate with steak and it was wonderful! It was plenty to eat and I had no symptoms of glutening.

The owner of this food truck is very kind and knowledgeable. He went through the entire menu to let me know what was safe for me to eat without me even having to ask.
