They do have an allergen binder but none of the staff knew what gluten was. I was able to look at the allergen menu myself and choose safe items, and they got the ice cream from a new tub for us. But I wish they were a little more trained!

OK ya they have great antibiotic free ice cream. But we celiacs can't have MOST of the flavors because they put gluten in EVERYTHING! Why? Why would the "chef" add gluten to blueberry lemon ice cream? Just one example....

Great ice cream. They have an allergy menu and clean the workspace and take precautions when you state you have an allergy.
