Review of Observatory Eleven Bar

Lovely bar on the 11th floor of the Westin, overlooking the Mississippi River. Enjoyed the O-11 salad with grilled salmon and the amazing 180 degree view of the river and the French Quarter in the distance. The restaurant was not open for dinner but you order off what would have been that menu and eat in the bar. I did not get sick.
