Salad is gluten free no real options

I'm having to have such a nice restaurant in Mocksville. I agree they need to do better on their gluten free options. They had wings once on their menu as gluten free and I asked waiter was he sure thru were gf. After,I ordered them and took the first bite new they weren't. I was then told if I'd wanted them gf I needed to order the baked. How would you know that if its listed as gf. Ask lots questions if you eat there. I hope Ocallhans will get more on their menu for us Celiac needing gf, and train their servers better on gluten issues.
Really not sure these people understand GF. Dishes that are marked GF are served with Guinness or beer sauces. GF brunch options are served with non GF toast and non GF hash. So effectively if you want GF brunch your only option is eggs with nothing on the side. Every time I asked about a GF dish, they came back and said "it's cooked around gluten, we cannot be sure" Nice restaurant but they really have business claiming to be GF knowledgeable.

The only place (that I know of) in Mocksville that has gluten free options. It's a beautiful, upscale restaurant. The server we had was knowledgeable about Celiac. The gluten free options are listed on the menu. During lunch, you're pretty much gonna have salads to choose from and not much else.
I had the grilled chicken caesar salad without crutons. They brought the wrong salad out the first time, and the second time it had crutons on it. The manager and server both apologized and finally brought out the right salad without crutons (3rd times a charm). The manager needs to communicate better with her servers.
My mother-in-law ordered a slice of cheesecake, and the manager put it on the house for the mess ups which was nice. The salad was decent. I'd love to come here for dinner to see if there are more options than just salad.
The menu has many items which are specifically marked as gluten free. Food was delish and very friendly service.
