I called ahead and they said depending on what we wanted they could do it GF, and could definitely do items GF. They said they had GF soy sauce so we decided to give it a try. My date hasn’t had a lot of exposure to GF so he didn’t belabor the GF point. The sushi came all on one big platter, with the bottle of Tamari soy sauce and a separate dish for me to pout it in. I was ok with that, nothing was touching but not sure the waitress knew to tell the preparers to keep it separate in the back when made so likely cc’d. Dark inside and I accidentally ate a piece of a roll with breaded and fried fish. That’s on me for not speaking up! But the waitress didn’t tell us what anything was when she dropped off the platter. That would have helped. Nice presentation and I think they would have done a better job on the GF/cc if we said GF 5-10x when ordering, like I usually do :)
