Beware. I must have been served Gluten Soy sauce. After eating got severely sick. Worst gluten attack ever! I’ve eaten here before but for some reason it happened. Just beware.

Amazing!
I was nervous that not enough items were listed as GF on the menu, but before ordering they asked about allergies and a manager came over and talked me through all my options. She said almost every entree can be made GF. They have a separate fryer for calamari and rock shrimp, so those can be safe.
The meal started with crackers and a delightful garbanzo bean dip with garlic. For my main meal, I went for the Lobster Pasta - it was devine! Lobster, scallops, and shrimp in a cream sauce.
It wasn’t a cheap meal, but it was 100% worth it.

The most amazing service I have ever had, I have never felt so safe. The server knew details of every single menu item and what could be changed! The manager came over just to let me know they were aware of the allergy and that she and the head chef were informed and would be checking in the food. We had oysters, calamari, truffle fries, and a. Cesar salad. Oysters were the best I’ve ever had, and calamari was a super special treat. They have a dedicated frier and use rice flour to coat the calamari, as well as a substitute sit glaze with gluten free soy sauce. They had a good amount of dessert options also, but we were too full to try anything else. Definitely worth the price to get some special things you can’t find anywhere else, and to feel so comfortable. Whole restaurant was beautiful on the the water and was busy right away so definitely get a reservation. Menu online lists allergens, but in person ask the server and they will let you know about everything! At the end we went to pay and noticed that every single item on our receipt had been put in with a notice of a gluten allergy!

There is a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation. They ask for your credit card to be on file. We weren’t feeling well due to the air quality problems June of 2023 & upset stomach from fried seafood & we went home early from our vacation & called to cancel our reservation & then they told us this “policy”.
Yum!!!! I just loved this place and will be back. The waitstaff was very understanding and helpful. The fact that you could basically build your meal just how you want it is just awesome! You will get a delicious meal!!! FYI - The drinks are amazing too!

Amazing dining experience, right on the ocean in Dennisport. Dedicated fryer so we were able to enjoy the Frito Misto appetizer, which included plump rock shrimp, calamari, and zucchini fried delicately and perfectly. Sea bass dinner included some of the best risotto I have ever had - coconut with bok choy. Fish cooked perfectly. GF items are marked on the menu, and our waitress was very knowledgeable about which other items could be modified to be GF.

Several GF options from appetizers right to desert. My daughter had multiple choices to choose from and they also brought her a GF that definitely had been handled safely. All items well labeled. Food was excellent.

Very knowledgeable about GF.

Good food with even better atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable and they say they have a dedicated fryer. They claim they prepare everything gf but now that I've, with Celiac, eaten there twice, I definitely have gotten sick each time. I'm not sure they truly prepare things separate.
Definitely one of the best places we've eaten. It's fairly affordable too. The reason for the one $ and not $$$ is because they have a 3 for 35 deal, you'll get a small plate, large plate, and desert. Three course meal! Well worth it. My wife got the fried calamari and I got the lettuce wraps for appetizer, flat iron steaks for the main course, and a heavenly chocolate brownie Sundae for desert. All completely gluten free. They even brought out a gluten free roll instead of a bread basket. The portions had us very full, and they happily pack any leftover food for you to take home. My wife is extremely sensitive to cross contamination and didn't get sick!
Yes
Everything was perfect! You can get almost whatever you want GF, they have GF bread, pizza and dessert. Basically felt like I didn't even have an allergy. Wicked good!!

Absolutely DELICIOUS food and amazing ambiance!! Our server was super attentive about my husband's GF needs. She brought us a GF bread basket without us even asking. My husband and I shared the GF fried calamari and the portion was huge! We couldn't even finish it because we wanted room for our dinner! We will definitely come back here when we visit the Cape!!
Great food - gluten free menu seemed good UNTIL dessert... The "Gluten Free" creme brûlée was served with a very pretty cookie stuck in it ! When we questioned the waiter he made up something about a gluten free almond wheel...."I'll check with the chef". He came back and said the cookie was made with flour.... He brought out a "new " one without the cookie.... Gone was the confidence 😩

Beaches Cafe is part of the family run Three Seasons Hotel and the Ocean House restaurant. They have GF marked on the small breakfast menu. I have been several times. They have GF Oatmeal with blueberries and brown sugar. A vanilla yogurt/fruit and GF granola Parfait. The omelets are cooked in a pan. The manager stated the home fried potatoes are safe although I haven't tried them. Nice place.
