Ate here because of reviews on FMGF! I had the bacon egg and cheese on a gf bun as recommended. Our waitress Tricia was very helpful, and I felt a sense of relief as she also has celiacs. It was very good, would def recommend. Also people were very nice and place was very clean.

We had breakfast here 2 times during our stay in Cape May. I tried the breakfast sandwich with egg and bacon and the gf bun was delicious and it was a filling breakfast. I also tried the California omelet with home fries - no gf toast but they would have given me the gf bun if I wanted. They made sure to bring out my meal separately since it was gf. Overall excellent experience and the servers were warm and friendly.

I highly recommend getting a breakfast sandwich here. The bun is the same as most restaurants have but whatever they do to store or prepare them keeps them really nice and soft. Very enjoyable.

Great GF breakfast here and one of the waitresses has Celiac. She assured us that the GF pancakes are prepped and cooked in a separate are.

They don’t have a separate gluten free menu but gluten free items are marked, including gluten free pancakes. They are very sensitive to concerns around cross-contamination. One of the servers is celiac so the restaurant is conscientious. If you have any concerns, speak to the manager and she will help.

Shared grill and fryer. They have gluten-free wraps, gluten-free buns and some broiled seafood options that are gluten-free. Some sides are gluten-free like mashed potatoes, applesauce, coleslaw and pickled beets. No GF desserts.
Use caution if celiac, however we did not get sick when we ate here.
This is not a celiac's destination, but they have gluten free pancakes and GF French toast, wipe down the grill and use separate utensils. It worked for us.
