NOT CELIAC SAFE! I called to inquire about GF soy sauce, the cooking protocol, and their knowledge on cross contamination and the severity of the “allergy” gluten. They said yes, and then upon pick up were questioned again, said yes. Within 1.5 hours I was violently ill from eating here, thus glutened. If you have celiac or other strong gluten sensitivities- do not trust them. They cannot comply.
