My girlfriend and I got lunch specials with ginger salad. I got the sushi/sashimi combo and she got 2 rolls. The server knew that their soy sauce contains gluten, but didn’t know that imitation crab contains wheat (luckily I did). He also mentioned that most of the menu cannot be prepared GF. Food tasted good. If you go, you should probably stick to sashimi and GF soy sauce only. I got glutened but I’m not sure of the source…maybe the salad dressing? Either way, I’m avoiding this place to play it safe.
