Update: I went back today to return the burger that I could not eat and that I had not ordered. I had messaged the company last night to explain my experience but was not really expecting a response. When I arrived another staff person was there who seem to have more experience and perhaps more seniority. She had spoken with someone from the company and had already looked up my order from last night. She had the receipt printed out before I arrived. She was actually waiting for me. She was incredibly apologetic and empathized with my experience as well as my concern about eating a non-gf burger and bun. She then offered to remake my order which was much appreciated. Now that is great customer service and a genuine gesture towards customer satisfaction. However, as was pointed out in another review one should check the food before leaving as newer staff may not recognize the difference between a wheat bun and a gf bun.
My confidence in their customer service has been restored and I will try going again as I now know to double check. The young lady who served me originally is a new employee. I suggested better training in customer service skills. Star rating is changed due to positive outcome.
Ordered a gluten free Famous Burger and paid extra for the gluten free bun. Took my order home and unwrapped burger to find the wrong burger. Called the store and politely tried to explain the situation-that I received a regular vegan burger (1 patty) with wheat bun, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce and onions and not the GF Famous Burger with 2 gf patties, special sauce, vegan cheese, lettuce and pickles, as well as GF bun. The young woman that I spoke with on the phone was the same person who helped me place my order on the digital self-serve order screen at the restaurant and showed me how to choose the GF Famous Burger with GF bun. She said that I was wrong, that she packed it herself, that I had a gf bun (the wheat bun has seame seeds and the gf bun has sesame seeds and poppy seeds) with 2 patties. I tried to explain what my burger looked like but she would not hear of it and I didn't have time to drive back there before they closed for the night. Best part is that when I paid for my order the self-serve order machine did not produce a receipt. I told the young lady and she said that there was something wrong with the machine but that I did not need it because she knew that I had paid. I have only photos of my burger and a screen shot of the actual burger that I ordered. Obviously my burger was put into someone else's order by mistake but there is no restitution available, nor did she care when I told her that I could not eat my burger because it would make me sick.

Quick service and lots of gluten free options (vegan so all diary free too). Full gluten free menu with plenty of options. Got the jackfruit pulled poutine on tater tots - very delicious.

Dedicated vegan restaurant with lots of gluten free options. Gluten free buns taste real!! But always double check that they gave you the right bun because they have given me a wheat one before by accident … horrible day for the stomach.

I used to get the BLT on GF bread, but they changed their product (unannounced and unlabelled) and the bacun is not wheat based. Not impressed.
