OMG! The food is fantastic. All of their Puerto Rican dishes are Gluten Free. They make a fantastic GF pizza dough as well. I posted their menu in photos. They did say that they are unable to guarantee that there is no cross contamination from pizza flour. Though they do prepare in a separate area if you tell them you have celiac. They also use a separate frier.
