This is an upscale restaurant that offers really incredible food. They have half priced pasta on Wednesdays which they do have fresh gluten free pasta available. They boil it in separate water from regular pasta, but they let me know there is a small risk of contamination since they make all their pasta in house (flour in air). I have not been sick however, and I normally feel it right away. Almost all the main entrees are gluten free as well. Just ask the waiter for information on the gluten free options, they talk to the manager/kitchen and come back with details on what would be safe. The best food I’ve had in DC.
