When I called, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about ingredients that went into their dishes. I wanted the Singapore Mei Fun but they were unsure about the curry. I ordered shrimp fried rice with no soy sauce and it was delicious. I returned the next night and got a combo fried rice no soy sauce, again delicious. Staff informed me they checked and the Singapore Mei Fun is gluten free.
