Amazing food! Pretty much everything is or can be made gluten free since they use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. The owner was at the counter and he was incredibly well informed about celiac and other allergies. They also have a big list on the menu wall that mentions other allergens in each dish, very helpful if you have a party with multiple food restrictions. Got the original ramen with gluten free noodles and it was amazing, great flavor! Big portions too! Looking forward to coming back :)

Yummy hidden gem. Delicious gluten-free noodles. Easy to eat if you have a food allergy or not. Great atmosphere and staff.

The owner is fantastic! Used to be able to only get the rice bowls but they recently started offering gluten free ramen. He’s knowledgeable and cooks safely and it’s delicious!

It’s hard to rate this place because I have mixed feelings. It is completely dairy and soy free. Everything is gluten free except the ramen and spinach noodles so I felt safe eating here and was excited about the teriyaki chicken. I was excited to see they use coconut aminos in their sauces. I got the salad with ginger dressing and it was delicious. The chicken teriyaki bowl was not very teriyaki-ey. It was bland and just not very good. My husband ordered the ramen and couldn’t finish it because he disliked it so much. If you want something different that is gluten safe try it.
