Oh my god pastries

The baker is a delight! I talked with her about GF options, and she says she makes an effort to separate them from the non-GF options. She is dedicated to giving us options that are clean, as safe as possible, and unprocessed.

She warns that there IS flour in the bakery, if you are sensitive to that.

She had GF pumpkin almond bars, GF lemon bars, GF sweet potato bars, and GF brownies. I tried the pumpkin almond bar and I loved it - NO reaction whatsoever.

She seems open to brainstorming new items and recipes - I brought up wanting a candy cane Christmas pie, and she said she'd workshop some recipes.
