Ohana Hawaiian Cafe

Very few GF options beyond plain cooked meat. I was hoping they used Tamari GF soy sauce by the high rating by other person. I'm not interested in plain or salty meat.

Staff is knowledgeable and gluten-free items are labeled on menu. We love the friendliness of the kitchen and wait staff and they remembered us after only a couple visits. The salad dressing is awesome and you can buy it to take some home! Always tastes fresh. I am very gluten sensitive and have never had a gluten reaction there. I am reactive to dairy and soy, too, and have had a reaction but realize I need to mention those every time I go. I wonder if they happen to use butter, margarine, or cooking spray on the grill. They are always willing to verify ingredients and food prep, but just need to ask!
