I go here all the time! Almost everything is gluten free and they’re great about making sure that you’re safe 😊 absolutely my favorite poke place, everything is so fresh and tasty and the musubi is delicious.

I have celiac disease in addition to 6 allergens; Ohana Kitchen made me an absolutely delicious Poke bowl that was completely safe for me! The food was so good that everyone I was with would have been happy to go back again the next day too (if they were open on Sundays)! The staff was extremely knowledgeable about allergens and the ingredients of their dishes. I felt completely confident that my food was safe for me and I felt great after eating it! I will definitely go back to Ohana Kitchen next time I’m in Portsmouth and I highly recommend it!

Have enjoyed the poke bowls here many times and no reactions. They can clearly tell you the few items to avoid, otherwise 95% gluten free

Very good choice! Staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. A delicious and filling meal! Will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

All food is gluten free except the “crunchy” bits they can add to the top of the poke bowls. Lots of choices and add ins, I have eaten there several times and if you love sushi you will love this place!!! I am super excited to have found a new place, have not gotten sick at all and if you worn close by they deliver too!!
