Delicious!
The employee (owner?) is very knowledgeable and she’s very helpful and cares about food allergies.
She says they make these sauces personally and can vouch they’re 100% GF:
Spicy Mayo
Yum yum sauce
wasabi Mayo
There’s also GF Soy sauce for on the side.
I got the plain salmon and ahi and added toppings and wasabi Mayo sauce!
She said she’s not sure if the crunchy toppings are GF so I got sesame seeds to be safe.
