I called ahead to ask if they would be able to do gluten free and they told me that they could as long as I didn’t order the all you can eat and told me waitress. While I was there I was very clear with the waitress about needing gluten free. The food was tasty but I got sick after eating.

Don’t trust the soy sauce that they bring. They wrote GF in marker on a bottle that is wheat based soy sauce. I don’t know if they refilled it with a GF safe soy sauce or not.
Other than that, I stick to the basic rolls, no signature rolls. The waitress didn’t make it sound like I could order a signature roll without fried tempura or other unsafe ingredients.

This was my first time going to Ohana, unsure what I could have safely. I ordered from the all you can eat sushi menu. The entire salad list (except the Kani salad) is gluten free. Gluten free soy sauce was available. I stuck to simpler rolls and sushi that I know are typically gluten free. Their miso soup was very tasty. I also got the seaweed salad, surf clam sushi, cucumber roll, spicy salmon roll, yellowtail roll, and shrimp sushi. Some sashimi is offered on lettuce or veggie spirals. Gluten free options weren't labeled but staff was knowledgeable. Food allergies were accommodated. But one roll's order came out with my companion's rolls that I'm not sure were gluten free.
