We came to Ohashi sushi on a road trip and ordered takeout. All of our receipts were marked as gluten free and the owner checked our order before giving it out. She was knowledgeable about avoiding soy and double checked with the kitchen to make sure it was gluten free. Super sensitive symptomatic celiac and had no reaction. Portions and quality were great! Definitely recommend going there but make sure to specify that you need gluten free and ask them to double check to be certain.
