I ordered the rib eye. Talked with the waiter and they substituted the mash potatoes which had wheat in the sauce with white rice. They added a garlic butter on the side which i put in the rice and was lovely. The steak was amazing though very pricey.

Unfortunately they had no gluten free crust for the pizzas.

There aren't many dining options in Volcano. Luckily I was able to find this restaurant. They do a lot of pizza takeout order (no gf available) but have a number of other entrees that you can select from. The server wasn't super familiar with gluten free, but the chef had experience cooking for someone with Celiac so I felt good about eating there. I had the Ka'u Fish which tasted alright. Luckily I didn't have any issues here.
