I love this place. They brew using the same enzyme that the rest use. They test the beer to make sure it is below 10 ppm and it taste great. The only downside is that I live 150 miles away but I always like to visit and enjoy great beer!

Some of the owners are celiac themselves and almost all their beers are crafted to remove gluten. Such a fun place!
