Yummy, small menu, you basically pick a meat amount, bun/stuffing/sauce. There are no GF buns or stuffings so my celiac kid just has meat with sauce and some potato chips. Staff was knowledgeable and changed gloves without being asked, and made sure to tell us which sauces were the ones that didn’t have cross contamination from serving spoons.

Perfect for a quick snack. You get one choice but it’s easy and quick. Hog in a box, and choose 1 of 4 sauces that are gf. The pork itself was perfect, moist, tender, and flavorful. Two of my kids don’t like sauce, so we got it in a cup on the side for dipping. Everyone was happy and enjoyed the pork pick me up so we could get back to sight seeing.

It was ok. 4 of the 5 sauces were gluten free, but no stuffing, no bread. You have to request for the gluten free but they will change gloves

Oink offers pulled hog roast. Bread for rolls is not gf, but they offer ‘hog in a box’ which is gf with the option of adding bbq sauce. There’s other add on options for those who are not gf. It’s perfect for a quick on the go lunch as there’s limited seating inside. Try to go early as they generally close before the set time because they run out of food! We’ve been several times and it has never disappointed.
