Positives: Called beforehand, insanely nice, checked with chef to make sure what contained gluten and what was safe, used fresh tofu in my ramen to avoid possible contamination with flour. I ordered the curry ramen with rice noodles and tofu.

Negatives: all of their meat options are marinated in soy sauce.
