Amazing food and great service. I’m so thankful there’s a dedicated gluten free restaurant here.

If you are traveling here, keep in mind that they are not typically open on weekends. They serve lunch on weekdays and have bakery items, coffee, and smoothies daily. They also have frozen meal preps if you want to stock up for the days you don’t want to cook or risk going out.

Love their cookies and sweets they’re so delicious. The owner is amazing and so helpful. You should follow her page too she has to many awesome nutritional tips and things she posts about along with having such a great business that’s dedicated gluten free.

Everything they make is gluten free. The chicken stir fry was a good treat on this cross country road trip I’ve been on. The only thing is they have barley grass which you can add to your smoothie which I stayed away from.

Sticky note on door says they close at 3 on Saturday’s and closed Sunday. Drove from Piedmont so sad we couldn’t try it.

A great dedicated gf lunch spot for celiacs. The food is delicious! I loved their tacos and BBQ chicken. This place is also a small health food grocery store. Lunch is made in batches and once its gone, its gone. Try to get there before 3pm.
