Review of Okinawa Sushi & Hibachi Steak House

I have mild-moderate celiac. I give it 5 stars because I ONLY order sushi. You have to do your research before hand to see what rolls contain gluten online... I always get the tuna roll and the salmon avocado. I ask the chef to change his gloves and they are always kind. I’ve been here over 5 times and I’ve never gotten sick. I recommend only ordering sushi from here if you’re celiac... other stuff definitely wouldn’t be safe
