I went here for dinner and they did such a great job accommodating my gluten free allergy!! They told the whole staff to change their gloves and to wipe everything down. They were very nice and very understanding!

The gentleman with the long hair was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever come across in a restaurant when it came to Celiac. I started the order by asking “Which sauces are gluten free?” And he informed me that all sauces are, and asked if it was Celiac or a preference. I told him Celiac, and without hesitation he changed his gloves and wiped down the counter. He also told an employee to get the sides I ordered out of a fresh pan in the back, and bagged it all together separate from the non-Celiac order I also placed. The pulled pork is also SO delicious and the sides and sauce are as well!

The food is pretty good and I’ve never had an issue with eating in, takeout, or delivery! Most of the meat is GF (maybe all but I’ve never asked about the sausage), they have some GF sides (which are pretty much common sense), and even a GF dessert. All sauces are GF as well.

If you have a hankerin’ for a seriously hearty meal you will want to visit Okla. Joes. I normally get the turkey and sliced brisket. It’ll make you yell WOO Wee! I never eat it all because I also always swipe a rib from my husband’s plate - finger- lickin’ deliciousness. The potato salad and beans are also mmmm & gluten free. The fried items are NOT gf. I’ve eaten at all of the locations and have never had a reaction. (I may have gotten the meat sweats but that’s it!)

Ate here last night and it was so good. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and personally took care of my order. Had the baked potato with pulled pork and had them hold the chives. I had no trouble here, which I count a huge success.

Loved this BBQ. The person who took my order was very knowledgeable and easily told me which items were safe for me to eat. I got the ribs, brisket beans and potato salad. It was delicious!!!!! The brisket was juicy but not greasy. The ribs were so good with a lot of meat on the bone. I will definitely come back. Oh, no reaction what so ever.

All of the meats are safe. Most of the sides are not safe. I usually get the loaded baked potato with brisket. It’s my favorite. Always tell them you need gluten free so they don’t put bread on your plate.

OK Joe’s and Mother Road Market has several items that are GF. They change their spice mix so all meat is GF. Only gluten is in obvious items, like bread and pasta. Portions are big.
