This is THE best dining experience I have ever had. Server, beverage director, expos, everyone was educated on gluten. I react very quickly to any gluten and had a wonderful experience. Everything i had was delicious. They must take customer experience very seriously because I didnt really like the cocktail i ordered (and just mentioned it casually to the server that it was a bit sweet for me.) i tend toward the “ill just deal with it” and try not to make a fuss- but he took it & gave me another one without any issue. The energy of this space was awesome. I have worked in hospitality for over a decade, and this is literally the best service I have ever had from every touch point. So impressed and happy!

The menu changes very often, so it’s hard to comment on how much is gluten free. When we were there, it was probably 60-70%. We felt very safe though because the entire staff was very well informed and went through the entire menu with us to explain what was safe and how it was prepared. Gluten free items are not marked on the menu.

This place is INCREDIBLE. About 80% of the menu is gluten free naturally, and the servers / kitchen can tell you exactly what isn't GF.
