staff on hand this day had no clue about gluten free options. guy at the counter assumed gluten free meant no flour items.

Casual family owned restaurant in the fast food style service. Walk up to counter and they bring the food out. Owner is celiac, and food is delicious. Lots of options, avoid any teriyaki items and flour tortilla, but enchilada sauces are gf.
