They don’t have a gluten free menu but they do have GF buns, and when I told the cashier I’m celiac she was very accommodating. All the buns are toasted in the same place so she recommended I not have my GF bun toasted. She said the burgers are cooked on a separate side of the cooktop as the buns. The plant based burger is Field Roast so it’s not GF. I got a 76 burger without crispy onions (not GF). The fries are GF, they’re the only thing that goes in the fryer. They prepared my burger in a to go box so it wouldn’t be on the same counter as the regular buns. And she even went to the trouble of finding out which shake spinner hadn’t been used on a chocolate malt that day so I could get one of the other shakes. I appreciated the care they took and I enjoyed my meal. The place was an old 76 gas station and it has a 1950’s soda fountain vibe to it. Casual and minimal menu.
