I went here based on the other reviews, honestly. Never heard of this diner although it was only 15 minutes away. Our waitress, although not knowledgeable herself, checked with the owner, who has Celiac, about every question I had. I had the open roast beef on GF bread, with mashed potatoes, cauliflower and gravy. Oh the gravy! It was delish. Finished with crustless, deliciously creamy cheesecake. I spoke to the owner when leaving and she was so nice and helpful. We will definitely go back! It’s nice to be able to add another safe restaurant in the mix. We all m ow how difficult that is!
