Came here to check it out and the waitress advised against eating here with celiac because of cross contamination risks. She said the flour from their normal crusts is in the air and it'd be too risky. She also said GF crusts and toppings are stored separately, so if you only have a mild gluten intolerance you're probably safe. Anything else, don't come here.

gf sensitive. I had the bbq bacon cheese burger on the smart flour bun. Awesome! tasted great. I didn't eat my salad it came with croutons..

They are gluten friendly...not gluten free. They have a cauliflower crust pizza but it is cooked on the same pans and in the same ovens as gluten pizzas.

Great GF cauliflower crust pizza options!! Honestly can’t even difference in the taste like you do with some gluten free crusts! My favorite place in Joplin to get a GF pizza.

Servers are so nice about answering gluten free questions as well!

I am not celiac. I am wheat allergic. I went at a slow time, Sunday at 3 PM. I ordered cauliflower crust pizza with carmelized onions and basil. I requsted the cook use new gloves. It was delicious and no sniffles (the start of my reaction). My husband likes thin crust. He also found the crust and topping on his thin crust to be very good.
