This place has amazing staff and amazing GF Dutch pancakes! My celiac daughter loved it!! The staff accommodated us even though they were closed 5 mins before we got there. We are very grateful for the staff🙏🏻

my experience at diana’s was great! they double checked that the pancakes could be made gluten free, and they confirmed that they would make them separate and safe for me! i decided to get my pancake plain with strawberries, and the service was very quick! would definitely come back next time i visit aruba!

We loved our time here at Dianas! Fun savory and sweet Dutch pancake options (more like crepes). Every single pancake they are able to make gluten free! I got the Picasso (with fruit and powdered sugar) and my husband got the bacon, tomato and onion on a regular pancake. We loved both! The staff was really what sets this place apart. They were beyond accommodating and friendly! They move locations soon, so if you can stop here on your stay on the island you should!!

Diana’s is good. Friendly, fast service. Delicious fluffy pancakes- both gluten and gluten free were enjoyed by my family. They said they keep the gluten separate from gluten free. It’s kind of expensive for what you get but that’s this island for you. Parking is limited or you pay to park. We did find a random spot for free. One pancake (the Hawaiian) filled me up fine, but a grown man who’s hungry might not get enough with only one pancake. There was a sign that said in Aug 2022 they are moving back to the windmill with old Dutch and they’ll be doing the breakfast and old Dutch will be doing dinner which I am suspecting they were originally together hence why the reviews are under both names. Recommend for a light lunch or breakfast. They close at 1 and are closed mondays as of July 2022

We loved our visit at Diana’s pancakes. they don’t have gluten free on the menu but if you ask they can prepare any Dutch pancakes gluten free. In terms of gluten free dining it was a great experience however in terms of taste, I preferred Linda’s. Their gf batter was thinner and a bit lighter. I’m not going to say no to gluten free Dutch pancakes but if you are debating between the two check out Linda’s first!

Diana’s pancake place was a great find. They have gluten free pancake mix that you can use as the base and then you can add the additional options inside the pancake if you’d like. They also have a gluten free syrup that’s made from natural sugar, more like a dark molasses which was very good. They also have brown and powder sugar that you can add (I didn’t bc the syrup was perfect). I’m incredibly sensitive and had zero reaction. Very happy and would certainly come back.

It's a shame these are listed together as we had vastly different experiences at each one. Diana's was fabulous. The waitress was very thorough and checked with the kitchen twice before we ordered to ensure my sons meal would be safe. Dutch Windmill the waiter was rude and abrupt. My son was sick within an hour of eating half his pancake. We will not return to Dutch but will be going back to Diana's.

Great restaurant that stated they could make anything gluten free. I had a cheese bacon and ham crepe/pancake and it was amazing.

Delicious gluten-free Dutch pancakes! They were very attentive to my celiac and even pointed out which syrups were okay for me. Friendly, fast service. Definitely recommend.

Very tasty and huge portions! They had the GF batter

We asked if they still had GF when we arrived and were told they did but after we were seated and had our drinks, I tried to order a GF pancake and was told they did not currently have any GF flour mix. I would advise you call before you go and hopefully the staff you speak with knows what is going on.
very delicious food. the pancakes were very good sized and the staff was great
We had the best gf pancakes! Definitely recommend this place.
Great place for gluten free dutch pancakes! May I recommend the Rum Raisin or Farmers pancakes. Yummy!! Super nice staff as well!
