I walked in and looked at their items. Bakery items are marked with a heart for gf but kept in same display cabinet as non gf items. Some of these items are even right next to each other and could easily bump into each other when being out into or out of the cabinet. I can’t say what happens in kitchen but the storage of the items certainly is likely to lead to contamination. They asked if them being close together like that was a problem so I suspect they aren’t super careful
