They do offer GF buns however fries are cooked in same fryer. Also, burgers have LOTS of seasoning including garlic and onion so if you are low FODMAP and sensitive, beware. That is NOT listed on the menu. Rating below average for this reason. Allergens not listed on menu.

There is flour all over in the kitchen because of the cheese curds. The cooks are not good about handling cross contamination. Source: had a friend who worked there
Sandwiches can be made gluten free with gluten free buns or bread, but I wouldn’t risk it.

Fun stop but they do not have a dedicated fryer so no fries. GF bun was great. A few cider beers.

Really good food. The gluten free bun is one of the best I heave had in a long time. Bun is soft and holds together like a regular bun. Did not fall apart like most do.
Friendly service. GF beer and cider. I had an amazing summer sausage sandwich. Took away one star because of general potential for cross contamination. I didn't get sick though. Very yummy!!
Gluten free bread was available but meh. They didn’t sound too confident. They did disclose there is no shared fryer so I didn’t go for the fries. Went with a bun less burger. It’s was ok. Probably wouldn’t come back though.
This is not a review of the food or the service. I just wanted to add that this restaurant is not celiac friendly and is very open about that. The greeter told us that they have gluten-free bread, but it was not an appropriate place for an allergy. We ate elsewhere.

I stressed the importance of being very careful in preparing my salad and told them I had Celiac. I know they are not a dedicated facility, nor are a lot of restaurants, however my salad (which did not have croutons on it to begin with) had a crouton in it. They do have gluten free bread and buns. But, Old Fashioned is definitely not Celiac friendly.

Food was good, service was awful, and they don't understand gluten-free, in spite of their options. We went for brunch, identified as celiac, but were not informed that their rosemary potatoes were breaded. Celiac beware!

Yes
They are very good about cross contamination including their mayo. Good gf burgers.
Great burger with salad. But No dedicated gluten free frier, no separate prep station. Waitress was somewhat knowledgable. Made sure she knew I had celiac disease, did not get cross contaminated.
Gluten Free Breads and New Grist Gluten Free Beer! Have tried several different entrees and all have been outstanding.
Dedicated fryer, separate prep, incredibly awesome!!
All sandwiches have a gluten free bread option!! Great place, and is understanding about the issue. I recommend this place!
Just not the Cheese curds.
