Fantastic! Everything fried is gluten free and the menu has gluten free items labeled.

Excellent- make all fried batter in house and it’s cornmeal. No cross contamination in fryer - fried shrimp, fish, fries, crab claws! Everything tastes fresh and crispy!! Ambiance excellent, service attentive.

Had a girls getaway and ate here. Sarah was the waitress. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be back!
Good place! Was a busy night so the waiter wasn’t super helpful, but I stuck with the lemon butter shrimp that I’ve had before and it was delicious!

Beautiful place to eat! We had a great experience. Our waiter has celiac and I cannot tell you how nice it was to have someone who gets it! Felt incredibly safe eating here. SEVERAL GF options. Even the fried foods are GF except for the French fries. Things that aren’t GF: anything with the hollandaise sauce, sushi (rice contains wheat vinegar and waiter said he got very sick from it!), French fries. Otherwise most all the dishes can be made GF! I had the Mahi Mahi. My sister who is gluten intolerant had the fried grouper. All was delicious. Just a little pricey, but all good seafood is! Of note, my nephew has a rare metabolic disease where he can only eat a tiny amount of fat per day. The waiter was incredibly accommodating of him as well as us! He even caught that the rice on my nephews meal was cooked in butter and caught it before it came out to him. Very thorough and we greatly appreciate it!

We had an incredible dinner and the staff was so careful with our order. They took the time to listen, checked the food before it was set I front of us (which the kitchen did make an error on, but the waitress caught it and fixed it). By far one of our best experiences in the area for fine dining. Almost everything on the menu was gluten free (except for two items) and they accommodated a dairy allergy as well. The only thing that wasn’t up to par is there wasn’t a gluten free cider or beer on the menu. Natasha and Katina were our waitresses and they were incredible! Very knowledgeable and fully able to answer questions. (I’d request their section again if they are available). Reservations are suggested!

I love OFF! I am so happy because I can have the fried baskets!! Also, they have a mostly gluten free restaurant. The manager is also great about making sure everything is good.

Went for dinner and found out while their batter is gluten free, they do fry wheat tortilla chips for their dips in the same fryer. Our waitress also said their sushi rice was made with a non gluten free vinegar. Super odd. I had their marker fish with potatoes and veggies and it was great, but don’t trust their fried foods!

DO NOT eat if you have Celiac. 13 YO daughter had 1 calamari piece , the fried shrimp & fries basket. We were told all breaded items are made with cornmeal so no gluten in fryers. Also had some flourless chocolate cake. Checked and double checked on all items she consumed with waitress. Within an hour of eating she was throwing up and cramping. Her gluten exposure reaction. Cross contamination reaction is different. We were so hopeful with other reviews.

We ate here for the first time. Super fast service and great setting. A lot of options and we had the Grouper. My son also had fried shrimp. Portions could be bigger but very tasty.

Awesome! No GF menu but a number of options available. Fried shrimp and shrimp and grits are both awesome!

My waitress was not knowledgeable about gluten and did not take my gluten allergy seriously because after I ordered a dish that she told me was gluten free she told me to make sure I didn’t eat the sauce on my plate because the kitchen wasn’t sure about. Overall very disappointed with the experience!

We all had the shimp basket. It was excellent. Celiacs and non celiacs all enjoyed it very much! Contrary to some other comment, our server was very nice!

Dedicated fryer. Ordered shrimp basket. Shrimp were excellent, fries were a little soggy. Waitress was terrible. Had to ask for silverware twice, ask for appetizer plates, and sushi was warm and came 30 minutes after food.

Another winner for eating GF on 30A! Our family had lunch here and both of our kids (who have Celiac) ate safely! Not only that, but the food was spectacular! We all ate GF. We started with the fried fish bites and fried pickles as an appetizer. These are not to be missed! Extremely tasty- I think we ate in 3 mins tops! For lunch, the kids had fried chicken strips with French fries and they loved their meal. We thought the fries were even better than the fries at Fish Out of Water. My husband had the fire oyster platter- so yummy. I had the power bowl with quinoa, arugula, edamame, and blackened shrimp. Great experience for a Celiac family. The atmosphere is so pretty too with outdoor seating that feels like you’re in the islands.

Great place to go for celiacs! They have a dedicated fryer and all of the food is delicious. The manager has celiac and walked me through everything. I ate the best fried grouper and pickles with zero issues and I’m very sensitive. Highly recommend!

I had the shrimp with bayou cream sauce, dirty rice, and vegetables (squash & zucchini). My waiter confirmed it was celiac safe and even mentioned it again when it dropped it off that he had communicated my allergy to the kitchen!
I had the shrimp with bayou cream sauce, vegetables, and dirty rice. It was on the medium/smaller portion size but there were quite a few options!! Great place for stress free eating!

Amazing meal, not even a hint of stomach upset after my delicious shrimp and grits
Yes
They don’t have a GF menu, but the waiter/bar keeper has celiac and talked me through the menu. I went during lunch, so there were less options. I had a salad with Mahi Mahi and the basil vinaigrette. Overall I thought it was a great little spot.
Mahi-mahi with lemon caper sauce and steamed veggies. All tested negative for gluten with Nima gluten sensor. Staff were a little confused at first as waitress stated sauce was not gluten free but staff that brought out food with sauce stated it was. After them checking with the chief tested to ensure gluten free.
There is no GF menu but a lot of items on the menu are GF and the waitress was knowledgeable and helpful. The food for both my daughter and myself was delicious!
